Mission Statement

Our mission is to facilitate the development of quality skills and competencies for purposes of employment and entrepreneurship in the services sector to ensure economic growth.

Our objective is to build skills-set within the services sector that are required by industry (the world of work). The world of work requires everyone in the labour market, young and old, employed or not employed, to learn new skills or improve existing skills in order to play a meaningful role in the globally changing economic landscape. 

The services sector is one of the key economic sectors with a large contribution to the country’s economy. To maintain and growth the strength of this sector, the industry needs to employ competent and skilled labour force.
